1909 takes workspace, community and collaboration to the next level. This is beyond "co-working"; it's an innovation hub of entrepreneurs, visionaries, do-ers and makers passionate about their creations and eager to connect with kindred spirits. Rapidly making a splash in Palm Beach County, the location can't be beat, the space is equally welcoming and energizing, and the cold brew is on tap! Plus, regular events (both members-only and open-to-the public) keep the connections growing and community flowing. After over a decade of "work from home" self- employment, I wanted more and feel like I've finally found my tribe thanks to 1909.

Awesome new home of the downtown WPB co-working/startup/creatives community. They just finished restoring the historic building into a super comfortable space. If you're looking for more than just a co-working space (or even if you're just looking for co-working), 1909 (formerly "Space") has managed to find and form a community of really interesting people doing interesting work. I've met amazing new people through the organization and gained new clients and contacts for my work (product design/robotics), but there's people from every industry doing everything imaginable here. Also meet-ups, seminars, etc going on all the time. I really enjoy the sense of community they have cultivated. The cold-brew coffee and beer on tap doesn't hurt either.

After so much time spent working out of crowded coffeeshops with bad WiFi, It's pretty fantastic to have a space to work out of that's conducive to actually building my business. 1909 is more than just another co-working space it's a community for creatives and like-minded business owners looking to grow their network and learn from each other. Also, free coffee (and beer) and fast WiFi make getting work done a whole lot more fun.

Can not say enough good things about 1909. I have been a member here for 5 months working on my Real Estate tech start-up and the contacts and networking you will make along with the supportive environment by the 1909 team are something you will not get at other larger co-working spaces. I highly recommend 1909. Also the free cold brew is the best!

The co-working space is so comfortable, convenient and welcoming. The location is amazing with plenty of restaurants, easy access to a waterfront walking path and you can take a lunch jog to the ocean!

Most importantly, 1909 is an amazing and diverse community of creators, business owners, startups and people on a mission to do great things!

If you're looking for a great space to work with the amazing benefit of a creative helpful community then you've found your home. 1909 is the perfect spot for those who work for themselves or are starting a new venture to find their way. Great vibes, great music, great coffee, even better beer. Also, showers and 24/7 access! Love that I've found my space in downtown West Palm Beach. Couldn't recommend the space more.

I can't say enough good things about 1909 and the community I've found there. The space has given me a place to create and develop my new business, which has had incredible growth because of the programs and general support I have access to.
