My mother has been going to this office for over two (2) years. She has seen a doctor for five (5) years that moved his practice to this office approximately two years prior. Due to my mother's deteriorating condition, she was placed into a living assistence facility. I attempted to obtain paperwork for the VA and discovered her doctor had left this office due to problems he was having. I attempted to get the needed paperwork completed and was given the runaround for several days. Each time, Ms Perez advised that the new doctor would sign the papers. After arriving then be told to come back a total of three (3) different times, I was advised that the doctor would not complete the paperwork as he has not seen my mother. The requested paperwork was very basic and all that needed to be done was to look at her chart. The office just seen my mother in August (2 months prior). I even inculded paperwork from the living assistance ficility to make it easier for them. Multiple people were complainant about this office the days I was there. It appears that they don't know what they are doing and don't care about their patients. I would not attend this office. Very unprofessional.

My father absolutely loves the Dr and staff that has been there for awhile but we are so annoyed with the call center/management that now runs this place. How is it the patient has to wait over two weeks for a referral to start physical therapy for knee surgery? How is it that I; his daughter has been calling everyday for two weeks and being told it will get handled in 24 hrs. Ask for supervisor, never available, ask to speak directly to the office never can get through. It’s disappointing that this is how they treat patients. No one can tell me that a referral takes over two weeks to be done when I personally work in the medical field. Now you have my dad going from place to place looking for what the problem is when he can barely walk because you guys have FAILED to provide the care he needs! Get it together.

This dr office is the worst I have ever seen!! My mom has been coming here she was coming for her appointment and her dr left and moved and no one told her.They are very rude !! No one speaks English and hate to tell them but this is America you need to know how to speak English also. Every T.V.is Spanish! Another older patient was screaming he drove far and they didn't want to help him. I will not be back with my mom.they don't even know what they are doing. Girls at desk know nothing and are so rude!!!

We move to the area and it tools us a long time to find a good primary doctor that takes their Medicare insurance, a friend recommended this office and I can only speak amazing things about all the clinic! Fun and Professional! Great service !!

Soy nueva en el centro CareMax de Tamarac, mi primera visita fue el dia 9 de Sept ,quedaron en darme una cita con el oftalmogo, he intentado por un par de semanas llamar me contestan y me dejan esperando y no te dan ninguna respuesta concisa, nadie te devuelve la llamada, ni nada. La verdad tienen un servicio muy pobre. Creo que cambiare de centro medico.

My parents are new to this clinic and they have no complaints towards the medical providers. However every time the ladies in the front desk make an appointment, they always mess up the dates and times. This is a complaint from many members and I don’t understand why there’s nothing in place to avoid the inconvenience of having patients going to their appointments and then being turned away because it was the incorrect date. This is a huge inconvenience especially when you’re dealing with senior citizens. I hope the front desk obtains proper training from management when making appointments.

The service is beyond deplorable. It took me several calls to get an appointment for an echocardiogram. The staff never returned a call, nor called to inform me that they had made an appointment for me. Even the, they could not tell me if it was the for the service my primary physician ordered. It took weeks to get anything done. This also applies to phoning my pharmacy for medications.

My primary physician is a gem, but CareMax simply does not provide service at a level appropriate to my medical needs.

I will be actively seeking another medical provider. My wife has already ditched CareMax.
