I've read great reviews of this doctor and was excited to get an appointment. I left work early, the doctor never showed for the appointment, and I got a notification to my phone that he was trying to reach me. It was the office apologizing and saying he would be with me virtually in just a minute. 23 minutes later, no doctor. I'll try to get an appointment with someone else

Dr Garcia evaluated me after I was hospitalized due to a bad epileptic seizure. Who knew you could develop epilesy in middle age? After careful testing, he put me on a perfect medication. Now, my seizures are completely gone and I have zero side effects.

I made an appointment with Dr. Garcia. I was called about an hour prior to my appointment saying that doctor called in sick. No problem, the office said they would call back within a few hours and get me in immediately. Nobody has called and now we are in the following week. Trying to reach this office is near impossible. I'm on phone with Cleveland clinic and been on hold then disconnected, then called back now on hold again. Doctor may be great but staff is bad

He is the most caring doctor that I have ever seen. Dr. Garcia spends time with his patients and truly tries to help you. Even though I have to fly from another state to see him, he is worth the travel.
