My experience with this clinic has been nothing short of frustrating. I sought medical assistance here on two separate occasions, both times for urgent concerns. Instead of receiving help, I was met with dismissive responses and excuses.
The first time, I needed emergency care for my eye, but rather than arranging an appointment, they handed me a piece of paper with a phone number for another GP and sent me away. No examination, no real concern—just a quick deflection.
The second time, I was suffering from severe pain in my jaw, ear, and head. Their response? Take over-the-counter painkillers and wait until after the weekend to see if it still hurts. If it does, call back on Monday. This kind of approach to patient care is deeply irresponsible.
While some clinics refuse assistance outright, this one takes a more subtle approach—hiding behind “no available appointments” or generic advice rather than addressing the issue properly. Regardless of how it’s presented, the result is the same: patients in need are turned away.
If you’re looking for a GP who will actually listen and take your concerns seriously, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
