This location, Wendy’s Restaurant #00011861 at 00011861 Innovation Drive, is an excellent little quick meal restaurant. Our group of three diners enjoyed a great meal together whilst leaving Orlando area, and were pleasantly surprised, as most quick-dining experiences leave much to be desired. The dining area was remarkably clean and well maintained.

Most important: Wonderful Staff and management. It was refreshing to actually go to a fast food joint and see actual adults managing and participating actively in running this restaurant, (in comparison with competitors like McDonald’s or Burger King, which notoriously are run by teenagers… here, the adults were supervising/training the younger staff members, which again seemed to make a huge distinction from all other Wendy’s I have been to in a lifetime).

That was most of our first fast food meal in a very long time and it definitely restored a little faith that not all fast food is terrible as an occasional treat.

Team Member Johnathan made my experience at Wendy’s purely magnificent. Great customer service and never failed to make me laugh. Such a cool and respectful person. The food was amazing as well.

All my years of getting baconnator fries I must say this is the sorriest I’ve ever seen them like come on ‍♂️ is it that hard a lil melted cheese and some beautiful pieces of bacon on top cause that’s how I remember it’s supposed to be ‍♂️ got to do better Wendy’s. Teller was nice at least

Even when they get my order wrong every once in a while (I'm EXTREMELY picky), this location ALWAYS has the best customer service and it is always very clean. Wendy's is 1 of only 3 fast food places I will eat from and they still have the best FF burger around. Dip some salty fries in your chocolate frosty and BOOM! FF heaven!

Jonathan was the best cashier i’ve had at a food place before. He is funny and real cool, made sure I got everything I needed and showed me the best food on the menu. This guy needs a raise

Ordered two Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and the loaded baked potatoe for me and my wife. They gave me just lettuce between buns for both. No bacon, no beef, no cheese. The baked potatoes was also plain. No cheese or bacon on the potatoe and no fixings in the bag. I thought it was at the bottom with all the napkins and stuff but nope, nothing. How do you forget the most important part of a burger for two of them. This sort the first time they've messed up the order but it's usually just missing stuff and I catch it in the drive through but now I'm going to have to open each item just to make sure the main part is there. Just not going to come back to this one even though it's close by.
